The New McDonald’s App can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store. Alternatively, you can visit the following website https://mcds.hk/universal2024 and scan the QR code to download the app.

5. Check your email and enter the verification code. |
6. After verifying your email, you can choose to enter your personal information. |
Go to the homepage of the McDonald’s App and click “Register”. Provide relevant information as instructed. You will receive an email from McDonald’s which includes a link to activate your account.
New users must register before placing an order. Once you have registered as a McDonald’s App member, you will be treated to all sorts of exclusive offers and be among the first to receive the latest McDonald’s updates!
Yes, you can register as a member as long as you have a Hong Kong mobile number and email. Please note that each email address can only be registered for one McDonald’s App account.
Note: Do not disclose any personal or transaction information through any means other than the above channels. The personal data you provide will only be used by McDonald’s or other companies that provide technical services, fulfill responsibilities, or provide other services for McDonald’s. The personal data collected will not be sold or transferred to third parties.
Please re-open the McDonald’s App and try placing the order again. If the problem persists, you may also try reinstalling the McDonald’s App.
On the “Log In” page, select “Forgot Password?”.
Follow the instructions by entering and confirming the email associated with your account.
You will receive an official email containing a temporary password, which you can use to log in and reset your password.
Go to “My Account” to update your account information. Please note that you will not be able to change your month of birth and email once they are submitted.
Once your month of birth has been submitted, you cannot make any further changes.
Go to “Account”and switch “Notification Settings” to On or Off to manage your preferences for email and push notifications.
Please check if your email has been registered with the McDonald’s App before. As each email address can only be registered for one McDonald’s App account, we’d suggest using another valid email address if registration is not successful.
Please check your inbox again in a little while. If you still have not received the activation code, please also check your “”Junk Mail”” folder.
If the issue persists after 24 hours, please contact our Technical Support Team at 3762 1620 (Office hours: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 – 17:30).
We do not encourage account sharing among friends because all shared users can modify the account information, such as changing the password. The McDonald’s App is available for free, so we recommend each user to register their own account.

If you want to delete your account, please go to “Account”” and select “Manage Account” to delete your account permanently.
Note: Once you have deleted your account, all information such as offers and transaction records will be deleted and will not be retrievable.
